Allowed returns

1. the order was placed not more than 30 days ago
2. must be sent only to Metropolitan France
3. International orders can be returned, the customer will have to cover the return shipping costs
4. The purchase was made on athletesonthemat.com
5. the item is unused, unwashed and complete

NOT ALLOWED RETURNS

1. Orders placed more than 30 days ago
2. Items that show stains or signs of use, washing
3. All items on sale at the time of purchase

RETURN WITH REFUND

1. The refund will be made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
2. Initial shipping costs are not refunded for the following reasons:
   1. You have changed your mind
   2. Wrong colour
   3. The size does not fit
   4. Product no longer needed
   5. Product ordered accidentally
   6. Wrong product ordered
   7. Received too late
3. The cost of returns will be deducted from the refund amount if the reasons are the same as in paragraph 2

Apart from the reasons explained in point 2, ATHOM shall be responsible for the return costs and the initial shipping costs.

RETURN WITH GIFT CARD

1. The refund will be made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
2. A gift card with no time limit will be sent to you.
